How can I login to my account with no mobile phone??

Your new MFA does not take into account that not everyone wants/needs or has a mobile phone.

Great work TPG

So how can I log into my account without a mobile?

I have not been able to check my account for several months now.

TPG used to be excellent but the service and support has been getting steadily worse over the past few years.

Hi @potterr

 

At TPG, multi-factor authentication is used when a customer contacts us to access or change personal or account information. This is to help ensure someone isn’t trying to access your information or make changes to your account without your permission. At this point, MFA via SMS is the only way to log in to your account.

Me too! It seems you have to submit a form and then wait days for a response. None of this applied when I took out the account. I haven't tried to access my account for a couple of years, and now when I try I have to jump through hoops.

Currently, the only way to login to TPG My Account is to enter the OTP that will be sent via SMS.

 

This security was mandated by the Australian Government to protect customers from cyber crimes.
