I wish to top up. my prepaid balance on my mobile. My accound shows that i have been transferred to Novus. in a previous question on the community 'Shane' said that i had received an email with my new 'credentials'. However i have not been able to find such an email. Can someone please send me the 'new credentials' so that i can top up and use my phone again?

You can log in to your My Account (new interface) and use your TPG mobile number as the username then type in the same password.
