I want to terminate my TPG internet plan

Hi, I don't need my TPG internet service anymore. How can I terminate it now? I tried the customer service call, but have no chance to go through.

In order to process this, we'd like to arrange a call from our Accounts team as they need to make sure that the request comes from the owner of the account.
