Hi there.
I received an email from TPG an hour ago advising that the price for my plan was going to be increased soon and that I am eligible to opt-in for a free 12 month increase up to the NBN100 plan.
I have tried multiple times since then to opt-in and it keeps failing on me. I follow the generated link in the email, tick the 'I Agree' checkbox on the next page and then the Submit button and it immediately goes to a page with a giant error message saying 'Request Denied! If you have any questions contact the admin' and I can't get past it.
Pretty much every time TPG sends me something like this I have this exact same problem and it requires multiple phone calls from me to then be told it was an issue on your end and the change has been made for me. Just wondering if it could be looked at and hopefully save me a few phone calls and waiting periods this time please?

I have this issue too and would like to opt in but can't as the link is broken.
I've seen the message from Ahra_G to send a private message, but when I click on their name, I don't get any option to send a PM, as outlined in the "How do I private message (PM) in the community" forum topic. So I'm not sure how to contact them?
