Hi there,

Im formally writing that Iam cancelling my month to month with TPG small plan as the waiting on the phone to customer service is ridiculous long wait. Always a min 30min wait. I'm now with another phone provider and no longer have the same number. I don't allow TPG to charge my account. If they do I will follow through with legal action.
