NBN cancellation

hi Support

 

I called TPG on 7th /July requesting to cancel my service , customer service person acknowledged my request and said 30 days notification is needed , so my srvice will be cancelled on 7th of Aug.

 

They also said an confirmation email will be sent to me, but i havent got the email.

 

Can you please confirm service will be cancelled on the 7th of Aug ?
