NBN plan cancellation

Hi,

I've just got the email that from 21/09/2022, my current NBN broadband plan will increase by $5/mth. I want to switch to other providers.

Since TPG usually withdraws my money on every 13th and I need to send 30 day notice to cancel the service, if I cancel on 26/09/2022, how much is my refund?

Hi Tri, once we receive your formal notice to cancel, we will send you a termination confirmation email which will also indicate the pro rata for the 30 days notice.

Hi,

I've submitted the cancellation yesterday and Service Cancellation Date is 06/10/2022. But I haven't got any confirmation yet.

Could you please check if you got my formal notice?

Hi BasilDV,

I raise it within my TPG account. There is a section Cancel your service.
