No Vodafone service PILBARA

When is the mobile service in Port Hedland coming back online. I have not had internet, phone or sms service for 3 days now and it is costing me money. Beginning to think I may have to go to Telstra, now that they appear to be giving the better customer service to people now, to get a consistent service provider
