Password reset doesnt work

Password reset does not work, the process does not complete, entered relevant information the blue process bar goes from left to right at the top then it just sits almost at the end without completing, i do not recieve an email.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I would love to help arrange one of our Account Specialists to contact you to provide assistance resetting the password. 

 

Send me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
