Get online support
I recently updated my payment method from credit card to direct debt. I received an email from TPG indicating the payment failed.
I followed the retry payment article from the support, however, when I click through my current balance. The page indidcates I have nothing to pay and there is no payment button etc at all.
What does that mean? Can anyone else help?

Look at your bank account. Did the debit go through? If the fail notice has a link or a strange 'from' email address (look at the whole address), this may be a well known malware injection or scam attempt.
