Scam or no scam??

Hi
Received an email telling me I recess credit of $192.00 for an issue I previously had? No details about it. After some time logged into my tpg acct and it shows a credit. For what and why??? No explanation nothing. Extremely suspicious but it shows on my account. Can someone shed some light on this?

Unless you logged into what you thought was TPG from a link in the email (never do that), and if you have logged in inependently and it shows as a credit on your account then it must be genuine. eg NBN credits are usually weeks after a problem. Odd amount though...

So it may not be a scam but who knows these days. There is definitely $192 credit on my acct. though. The email sent to me by TPG said nothing about what it was for - just for an earlier issue??? I did send an email today but have heard nothing back. I have attached the screenshot of the email and my account.

The email is definitely legit, @Kdubbs. Send us a private message and we'll check out why you got that credit.
