I contacted TPG by phone 2 days ago to try and work out how to change the password on a slave email account because the "forgot password" method doesn't work. They worked through a few basic ways to help, none of which did and so I was told they would call me back within 24 hours. I'm still waiting...
What do I have to do to get this problem solved???
I did PM you and then followed up with a screenshot of the error message. Haven't heard back since - did you get it?
