Top up mobile pre paid balance

I want to top up my prepaid balance for my mobile account. I have been told that I need to log into the My Account screen and then select the 'Top Up Prepaid Balance' option. But when I log into the My Account screen I don't see the 'Top Up Prepaid Balance' as an option. I had a look through a number of different comments referring to this issue but have been unable to access any My Account screen that gives me the Top up option. I'm guessing there are several different My Account screens?
