Why does TPG need 30 days notice to cancel an ADSL connection? I mean I have tried twice to cancel this service and neither person seemed interested in explaining why TPG needs a full month extra payment for a service that will never be used. It takes a tech 10 minutes to tap a few keys. I think this is just a way of getting people to stay with TPG. So why 30 days?
