Sim card arrived, now
Such a loop. My account wants a secret code to confirm id but sim card is not active so I can't receive it. Call 13 14 23 but sim card is not active so I can't receive call back (i'm not holding for 40 minutes)
This after 2 weeks, I need a break

Are you porting your old number from a different provider to TPG?
If yes, the old SIM should still be working or active, while you attempt to activate the new one.
The code will be sent out to the registered number to complete the activation.
