I would like to cancel my account with TPG and judging by the hundreds of similar posts here, this is the way to do that.
Why no button in the TPG account? Why not link the community account to the TPG account?

This is just a small snapshot of our vast customer base and as you know, people are more likely to contact us when they need assistance. People come to us for help, but that doesn't mean every customer has these unfortunate negative experiences with us.
We also appreciate your feedback. The account cancellation procedure is not posted publicly as there are information that needs to be discussed by our Account Specialists with the account holder. This is also for the security and privacy of the Account.

I was a bit grumpy because I searched the TPG website for how to terminate the service for over 20 minutes. A simple mention in the FAQ like 'If you want to terminate the service, please contact our team by [phone number] or [email address]" would have saved me some time. And you as well, judging by the numerous similar posts on this forum?
