Hi @eunice3000, are you getting any error message when trying to reset your password? Also, make sure that you have access to the mobile number registered on your account as the password reset link will be sent via SMS.
Yes, error message:
“Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid.”
and
“Sorry, we are unable to send your temporary password”
Looks like your primary contact number needs to be updated. Send us a private message and we'll check on this.
