Just got an email from TPG telling me that my card has expired , my card is good untill 12/25 so whats going on there ?
Wants me to update card info in My Account but have not been able to access it for years because mobile number is not linked to it, I have tried to sort this My Account rubbish heaps of times with no luck because they want Multi factor auth. and I will not/cant do the MFA. I am not wasting my time emailing or calling TPG on this.
Just in case that email was not from TPG and is instead a scam, check the origin of the email. Also Kate here will check at TPG's end if you send her a Private Message.
