"Please add a contact number" error

I ordered a new Card that came in the mail today, I am 4 days late on my bill and I went to put my new info in but I kept getting that error. I tried changing it to my sons number but it kept saying it. My service gets cut off in 3 days and need to get to sorted fast.

I forgot to add that I do have a mobile number entered and it worked fine a few months ago when I switched from direct debit to credit card. Also I don't have a home phone or a work phone so that option is off board.

If you are trying to log in on your TPG account, you will need to enter the OTP or passcode that we send to the registered mobile number on the account.

I can successfully log in, I just cant change my credit card details because of that error.
