I too was charged 2 months and was supposed to get a refund, its been 13 days and still no refund. I feel your pain, it is so frustrating.

I responded to your initial Private Message to me. I was able to locate the account using the given details and noticed that the billing issue is now under assessment of our Account Specialists Team. I will chase this with them and request for urgent feedback.
