5G Wireless drop outs

Good morning,
I recently switched from TPG NBN to 5G wireless premium, but I am experiencing very regular drop outs that last for a few minutes (all green lights are on and reception is max).

It’s problematic as it’s dropping me off work calls, and outside of work, streaming is constantly stopping.

Any suggestions?

I’m in Cronulla NSW.
