My Sagemcom 5G modem shows all Green lights. Yet my TV (connected via ethernet) was blurred & laggy during the Matildas stream last night. Is there anything I can do to improve?

Have you perhaps tried running a speedtest to see what your speed was at the time?

i have run a number of wifi speed tests and will move the router to a better spot
But I'm not sure why the Ethernet speeds were effected during last night,s livestream

I have run wifi speed tests for both my ipad & laptop. They were next to each other but very different results. My iPad 10 showed a slower speed than the laptop
Why would that be
