5g Dropping Out multiple times a day

I have switched to 5g broadband earlier this week and have had unstable connection since. Every day I am having drop outs atleast 5 so far alone. I have tried turning off the modem and back on which only helps sometimes, factory reset hasn’t helped either. Signal strength is 4 full bars and doesn’t change whenever there’s a drop out.

Hi @surixams 

 

Are you using both WiFi and Wired connection? Or you are only connected via WiFi?

 

Try to disable the band steering in the modem interface and change the WiFi channels to lessen the signal interference and improve your home WiFi network.
