I was also told end of March for NBN refund, then start of April , then end of April. I just cannot be bothered contacting them any more for missleading dates. I paid for 100Mbits and recieved 48Mbits speed, then told to change and get refunded as ACCC caught on. I changed to 50Mbits plan, now i am lucky to get 38Mbits. Growing tired of an ISP that can't communicate, pay a refund
Hi I received information that the nbn refund would be no later than the end of April, but still haven’t received it ? I’ve contacted tpg several times benn transferred around and put on hold for long periods still with no real update. When does tpg plan to process my refund exactly ?

Thank you for your patience during this time. We apologise the refund wasn’t provided during our initial estimated timeframe. The compensation process is quite complex and we are processing refunds in batches rather than individually.
I have chased this with our Accounts Team and has confirmed that the refund is being finalised and that you should expect it in the coming days with your bank.

Money has still not been refunded, after weeks of talking with TPG. Being promised it will be in your account, they have still not refunded this. Last contact advised they couldn't transfer it to my account?? they can take my money but not refund it??
So now they send a cheque, this unfortunetly takes them 14 business days to write then postage. Somehow I feel I have been misled and will more than likely never see a refund. Good luck to anyone else (don't waist your time talking with them).
