Hi there, could you please tell me is there any law to go court for case file for to get compensation cause I am getting internet problem since 18 January so far and Tpg automatic draw monthly charge and relocation fee from my credit card even I have already cancel direct debit credit card ac then after auto draw from debit account which I hadn’t gave my account number how is possible to draw from saving account ?? During 18 January I have already spend more than 200 doller for internet from Vodafone and Optus and I have got very irritated and like a mentally harassed because of dropping out internet service since 2 months

As advised by the Engineer, kindly disregard any email that is associated with fees. Your account has not been debited any amount since your last billing cycle.
