I was going through my account but coudnt find my data usage on monthly basis

Are you pertaining to your mobile or broadband service? You may check out this article we created: TPG My Account - Checking your calls and usage online
Note: If you're on unlimited plan, you won't be able to see your data usage on TPG My Account. You will need to contact our Accounts team on 1300 993 011, Monday - Sunday between 8am - 10pm.

I contacted customer service but they tell me they are not able to give me that information however I am not clear of his explanation as to why they can't do it. I had to ask him to repeat his explanation twice but I still can't understand it. LOL
