Hello Community,
I hope someone can help me with applying for broadband internet at my apartment while I'm still overseas.As I'm unable to contact customer support directly due to time zone differences and international calling rates.
I know the specific service I want and my move-in date, but I'm having trouble applying due to my current location.
I'd like to have the service activated on or slightly after my move-in date.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have two accounts with TPG with my previous services and I can log in to them, but they're not working properly (raises some exceptions and errors) in the TPG app nor online.
