Been “connected” since Friday but no internet

Got an email Friday saying I was connected. Fttp box already installed. Have an amber light on both nbn box and router. Called 2 times yesterday, said it would be fixed “ in the day” meaning that day. Still not fixed. Called this morning again was told it would be escalated and fixed “ this day” again. Still nothing. Very very frustrated, and glad I didn’t sign up for the 6 month contract!!
