Hi, Our power went out for sometime this afternoon. Since the power is back, there has been no internet and the power led continues to blink green. Any ideas what the issue might be? Did the NBN box got reset?
If by 'NBN box' you mean you are on FTTP, the power light should be steady green. There will have been a reset when power failed but that would affect the optical light (red instead of flashing green) for a short while. If you are on HFC disregard all this.
