Can't connect to VNP with Fastmile 5G router

Work uses AOVPN.  I had a Sagemcom 5G router which connected fine.  This has been replaced with a Nokia FastMile router, and I can no longer connect.

This is from our IT guy; AOVPN uses IKEv2 (UDP 500 & 4500).

I've tried adding in port triggering for 500 and 4500 TCP/UDP and UDP only but still can't connect.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @mpsmart87 . The reference to ports 500 and 4500 only applies at the server end. Connections to those ports have to be forwarded to the AOVPN server.

When you start the client on your computer, are there any error messages?

Do you know the hostname or ip address of the AOVPN server? Your IT section should know. 

See if you can do  tracert  command to the hostname or ip address.

In the Nokia DMZ/ALG page, ALG section, are all the options enabled?
