Have just been through 3 painful hours of:

Calling tpg / Verifying myself / Giving details for cancellation / Being told they can't do it and need to refer me to retentions team [despite my insistence I have no intention of being retained] / waiting on hold / eventually being hung up on.

Rinse and repeat three times.

Have found form and filled in, but have no response. 

Can Shane or someone actually help action this please.
