Get online support
It seems I cannot access certain websites. I tried 2 computers and 1 mobile phone, all of which did not load the website. When I switched to mobile data the website loaded fine. I searched on this forum and it seems that others had this issue resolved by PMing staff members. Can I have anyone responding so I know who I should PM to?

If you are still not able to access the said websites after the troubleshooting, shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to assist you accordingly.

Hi @anony1 . To fix for all your devices, you can set different DNS ip addresses in the router config. For Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
