Hi, thank you for the reply.
I checked the article, and can say that it is not the website or the device issue. I cannot check DNS and routing because the instructions are for PC, and I am using a Mac. The issue is just with vk.com.
Hello, I also cannot access vk.com.
I have checked and this problem is directly related to TPG seemingly blocking this website, but why? It works fine on both Telstra and Optus connections, but not with TPG. Traceroute & Pingtest are both unable to connect to Vk.com, but any other website is fine.
Please look into this and explain why you are blocking this website.

Hi,
I cannot access vk.com either via TPG (adsl- request timeout in web browser), but I can access it via Optus mobile internet at the same time. Is there any chance to get it working, please?

@Anonymous just noticed, same issue here. The DNS server of TPG is misconfigured. TPG's DNS server is timing out when vk.com is requested, Cloudflare's/Google's or any other DNS server works correctly.
The issue is on TPG's side. As a temporary workaround, it's possible to change the DNS server to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 (e.g. following this guide, https://www.howtogeek.com/167533/the-ultimate-guide-to-changing-your-dns-server/)
