Cant send emails from Android phone

That's the advised of our Post Masters to refresh your Email account as they've already lifted the ban on their end.

 

Yes, since it is the password for the main account.

Ill reset it whne I can, but maybe they could add @TPG addresses to a whitelist, so i my legit email account i pay TPG to use doesnt keep getting blocked by TPG themselves. Fantastic work practice there. Especially mind-blowing to me who has worked in Email support for over 12 years (Exchange/Domino).

Yeah, im not able to change the password. Why would TPG restrict the length I can have my password at? I expect to be able to use the password I want to use. Believe it or not, the longer a password is, the more secure it is. Seriously, the stupid decisions some companies make.... Baffling.

I have changed the password. No I still cant send emails. Changing the password was never going to fix this issue.

Hopefully TPG can stop blocking their own customers internal email addresses
