Get online support
I can't view my personal website. I always get an error message (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN) on any device connected to wifi.
My website loads on my phone ONLY WHEN connected with mobile data.
Website is okay as per 'downforeveryone' website.
I also did 'Troubleshooting Browsing Issues on Specific Webpages' tutorial, but did not resolve the issue.

Hi @Jingjing928 . On your computer, use nslookup command with your webserver name. It shows you the DNS being used, probably TPG.
If it returns an ip address, the DNS is ok.
Otherwise, repeat the command and add 8.8.8.8. This is Google DNS. Does it return ip address?
If it does, you can login to router admin and change the DNS ip address there to 8.8.8.8.
Having got an ip address, can you ping it? And tracert?
If neither works, there is a routing error from TPG.

Could someone tell me what's wrong? I do not understand most of the info I got.
@Jingjing928 . Is your computer on ethernet or wifi?
Can you run the speed test on TPG support page? What speeds do you get? What is your NBN plan speed?
Your ping and tracert response times are very bad. This could be stopping you getting to your website.
How do you go accessing the internet generally?
