DSL Link Down issue

Hi there,
I've been encountering "DSL Link Down" issue  ADSL+ for a couple of months.
Similar to this case -> https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Broadband-Internet/FTTN-Frequent-dropouts/td-p/2153

To be fair, ADSL was also a bit unstable with similar issue recently, but the disconnects continued

I've spoke to helpdesk (27th DEC 2022),  the guy did the link test and said he didn't see any issues.
There was nothing changed, I'm still getting an average of 6-8 dropouts everyday
 below is my log text:

Hi @roylam000,

We no longer supply Huawei modems. The make and model of the modem we provide depends on the available stock and compatibility of the type of connection you have, brand new modem cost $99.95 + $10.00 shipping fee. If you wish to proceed, shoot us a PM with your details.

How to send a PM?

Regards,

It has been a week without network at home, is it a normal time to wait? I don’t know why don’t tell a technician to come my home and check all those things again, I just want to change to other provider now, it is disappointed to me, I have been use tpg for 6-7 years, only broken once modem, I have to pay $110 for the new modem
