I don't think that is going to auto Config for some reason. Here is a guide to step from the config manually.
See how you go with that setup guide, if you have problems I have requested for one of our Call Centre staff to give you a call to continue troubleshooting. They should be in contact later on today. I think will be a little easier to continue over the phone. I think we have exhausted all the troubleshooting we can do here on Community.
