Hi, my NBN fttn modem went power off. Had tried resetting, change power socket, nothing work.
The power light turns on before the dsl one started blinking, after about 60 sec, the modem went completely power off.
We had a NBN tech person came over fixed the NBN connection a few month ago. It looks like a faulty device to me this time.
Please send support to fix this, we need wifi over the weekend.
