I actually replied 'any time'. So please call me as soon as possible. And, I am looking at other ISP offers.
We'll advise our team to call you between 1PM - 2PM today.

I did not received any phone call. All I have received is a text message asking preferred time to call back and I reply 'any time'.
Couple with the fact that the technician came to my house and did nothing I don't think I can put up with this anymore.
Bottom line is if I don't get a call today I will switch to other internet service provider.

We chased this with our Engineering Team, expect them to contact you via SMS or Phone call to provide updates.
Technician came and fixed it.
It was ok but with fluctuating speed.
But at night it completely disconnected, very disappointed
Don't worry TPG staff. Thanks for your help.
But NBN failed you. I already cancelled my NBN with TPG.
