We have not detected any issue on your connection still, as per the modem logs that you've provided it does seem that there is an issue. We have have reset our server to refresh your VoIP connection. Please monitor your modem logs for the meantime to see if this has resolved the issue.

If issue persists please try a hard reset on your modem and get back to us.

New log...yes dropout appears to have reduced only 1 today lasting 5minutes. Will post a weekly log that will be better indicator.

Latest logs dropouts have reduced but not stopped. Once it goes dn it takes about 7 to 9 minutes for 

PPPoE connection to re-establish.

I've ran a remote test and it shows that the modem is connected now for more than 17hrs. Should the issue still persists, feel free to let us know.
