Access to email is not working this morning (16/09/2019). This is exactly what happened last Saturday .

TPG does not appear to know that something uis wrong.

This is the message you get when you try to long in.

Database Connection Failed

Atmail could not communicate to the database resulting in an error. To continue please check the following:

  • Database username and password are correct
  • Hostname is authorized to connect to the database server
  • The software has been installed correctly and the database schema created
  • Validate your database connection details in the file config/dbconfig.ini

The error message returned from the server includes:

SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User atmail already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

Once the database connection details have been resolved, reload your browser to continue with the session.

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 144 Table './atmail/Log_Login' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

This has also happened several times in the last 2 weeks (at least 4 times for me).  It comes good later on, however, no explanation regarding the reason for this happening. It maybe because of the amount of junk mail that is coming into the mailboxes at the moment.

Service Status says "No Issues"

When can we get a proper "fix"?
