Email address stop working in the last couple of days

Hi @orthrus1 . Can you enable Authentication, and set your username and password in the sending settings.

Should you be using your TPG email address rather than Optus?

 Hi @orthrus1,

Please confirm if this is for a TPG email address.

 

Nonetheless, to try and fix the issue, you must change your email account settings and specify the SMTP server used and as @david64 suggested, put a tick on  ‘My server requires authentication’
