Error unresolved still on FTTN NBN internet

Been having issues since moving to new home. Internet not working again after resetting with pin following advice of tech support. Vx220 g2v modem appears to be waiting for tpg reconfiguration. Getting message on browser that new broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured

After my long experience with FTTN when faulty copper joints were the cause of intermittent dropouts over the years, I am profoundly suspicious of that as a cause.

Have you configured the modem/router with your TPG credentials?
