I recently moved to an apartment and buy getting frustrated due to lack of progress with working with NBN to figure it out were the connection problem was. I have been calling everyday to chase the process and getting caught up between the TPG engineering and NBN Co which takes days to get a onside visit. I am thinking to cancel the service. Working from home without internet these days is impossible.
