FTTB outage Sylvania

My internet has been down all morning - from 6am. Now 11:45am. Test says no internet connection. Rebooted no change. Outage website says no issues. I’ve lodged a fault online , but no response.

Unfortunately no response to lodged fault, and no answer on phone (on hold 40 minutes) - unacceptable response from telco - not surprising but how is anyone supposed to get things fixed?!?

On a brighter side, while I’m waiting on hold I got an email from TPG to congratulate me for achieving Level 3 status for my contributions to the TPG Community!! 🙄 Woo hoo!!

Finally got through on call. Line tested and modem rebooted. No luck. Now with tech support.
