FTTP Upgrage

Just wondering what everyones experience is with requesting the free FTTP upgrade. Its says it takes 2 to 6 weeks but its been 6weeks since i requested it and i havnt heard anything about it from either TPG or NBN. Am i better off contacting TPG or NBN in regards to this? Thanks

The public can't contact NBN. It must be the RSP (TPG in this case). The delay is variable and depends on NBN subbie load in your area. Once done it will improve reliabilty immensely! Mods here will probably check progress for you
