I have been with TPG for nearly 4 years and never had an issue with the internet connection until about a month ago, where the internet would stop working intermittently all hours of the day / night. We have devices connecting to the router via wifi / LAN cable and both are experiencing issues. This is affecting our ability to work and normal activity. Please have a look for us.

I was able to pull up your account and detected the dropouts, however, there was not a fault on the line. I have made some adjustments and we will monitor your connection if it's going to be improved or not.
