Frequent Intermittent Disconnection NBN

My internet connection is unstable, frequently experiencing intermittent disconnections. While most of the time the disconnections lasts for like seconds to minutes before reconnecting itself, in serious cases the internet disconnects and also denying every user access. Getting a message something like denied access to the network when trying to connect. The issue can be temporarily resolved by restarting the router but that is not a fix. I need this issue fixed as soon as possible. 

* Checked, no TPG or NBN outages in my area when these disconnections happen
* I have a TP-Link Deco M5 directly connected to the router through Ethernet. Even that was denied access.
