Internet drop out every 3 to 10 mins

I am so over TPG with Internet drop out every 3 to 10 mins, I have been calling the support line and get stuffed around.

I have turned on remote login in the TPG supplied Archer VR1600v v2 just to prove to them it drops out.

This is just from a 3 hour window

A tech visit was scheduled yesterday, 24 October 2020 between 8:00 AM - 12:00 and they didn't even show up or call so excuse me for not getting my hopes up

They come out and swapped the copper pairs and still getting dropouts not as offten

As advised by the Engineer this morning, they have raised the issue again to NBN Co and informed that the tech visit today still did not resolve the connection issue. 

 

Further updates will be communicated as soon as it becomes available.

Great speed now with a NBN 50 plan.

It's only taken 3 NBN tech's and 1 TPG tech to move my connection to new port in the Node "FFTN" to reduce the dropouts to once a day now.


The NBN is a massive joke.
