Thank you for providing information on the drop outs that you were experiencing. I'll forward this to our Tech team and have someone to contact you around 12:30PM today for them to run some test if there's any evident issue on the line.
Thanks to the tech team - they sent a technician who rectified the problem with the wiring.
Great service - thank you - 31/2 days without an outage - I will now assume it is fixed.
